This light yellow or slightly straw-coloured honey owes its popularity not only to its exceptional taste, which, although delicate, is not free of a hint of bitterness and the fact that it crystallizes relatively quickly. It is its beneficial effect on our health that makes it the centre of attention more and more often.

When we analyze rapeseed honey, its therapeutic properties can arouse sincere amazement, but it cannot be otherwise, since we learn that it reduces swelling, stabilizes blood pressure, and atherosclerotic processes - so common in the Polish society at the beginning of the 21st century. It is also worth noting the beneficial effect that simple sugars present in this honey have on our body. There are no contraindications to consume such a preparation prophylactically throughout the autumn-winter period, however, one should not forget that the nutritional properties of honey are weakened if we subject it to high temperatures.
