  • half a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a quarter a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Strawberry drink:

  • 2 glasses of water,

  • a glass of mixed strawberries.

It is possible to add 2 - 3 mint leaves and ice cubes to the drink, thanks to which we will get a fresh taste and a pleasant feeling of cold.

Isotonic drinks often travel with us in bottles attached to the bike, are with us in the gym, run, dance, in a word must be placed in convenient packaging.
